Our Vendor Management Division (VMD) is responsible for managing MorCap’s network of qualified seasoned vendors who perform a multitude of services such as inspections, property valuations, construction and maintenance on foreclosed and real estate owned (REO) properties. We constantly look for vendors who are able to enhance our proven processes and perform under our stringent guidelines to assist MorCap in the disposition of assets under management.
