MorCap’s unique service analyzes the net present value of the asset, determining the optimal disposition strategy by calculating net losses of UPB in immediate disposition vs. property rental return of assets. Our financial modeling takes into consideration local market data and factors such as adjusted appreciation/depreciation of neighborhood specific property values to accurately determine predicted mitigation strategies for each REO asset.
